Per seat, per company

Exact figures when we open up. What is already decided:

You pay for the people who actually answer customers — a seat is someone who reads and sends, not everyone who has a login
Each company is billed separately, so running two stores is two subscriptions and neither one subsidises the other
Every feature on the features page included at every size. No tier where the assistant is worse at its job
No tier where the assistant answers things your site does not cover, and none that lets it keep a customer from a person — those are not features to sell
Your data is yours, exportable, and deleted when you leave
Self-hostable, if you would rather run it yourself

Pricing per seat and charging for the assistant's work are different things, and we are only doing the first. The assistant drafting a reply does not cost you extra — if it did, you would end up rationing the thing that is supposed to help.
